Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

This Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, digital products, downloadable resources, CAD files, ebooks, cloud services, and related offerings provided through Cadin360.
Important: Because Cadin360 provides digital products and subscription-based online services, most purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted, activated, downloaded, or used.

1. Nature of Products and Services

Cadin360 primarily provides digital educational products and online services related to CAD learning and practice.

Our offerings may include subscription plans, CAD practice exercises, 2D drawings, 3D models, assembly exercises, ebooks, PDFs, downloadable CAD files, STEP/STL/3D files, dashboards, cloud storage features, user-upload features, educational resources, and other digital tools or services.

2. No Return Policy

Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products and services, physical returns are not applicable.

Once a product, file, subscription, dashboard, download, access right, cloud allocation, or digital service is accessed, downloaded, activated, unlocked, viewed, or delivered, the transaction shall be treated as completed.

All sales are final unless expressly approved by Cadin360 under this Policy.

3. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once access is granted, delivery is initiated, or usage begins:

No refund shall be issued after the user has accessed, downloaded, unlocked, used, or received any digital benefit.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals through their account settings, payment provider, or by contacting Cadin360 support.

Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not create a refund for the current or previous billing period.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the active subscription period unless the account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, violation of policy, fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized sharing.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same product or subscription, the user must contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

Cadin360 may verify payment records, gateway logs, order history, access history, and account usage before approving any refund.

Approved duplicate-payment refunds are at the sole discretion of Cadin360. Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, or other deductions may be adjusted or deducted where applicable.

6. Failed, Pending, or Delayed Payments

If payment is debited but the order is not activated immediately, users should contact support with payment proof, transaction ID, registered email address, and purchase details.

Cadin360 may manually verify the payment and activate the service if the transaction is confirmed as successful.

Refunds for failed or reversed transactions are generally handled by the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway according to their timelines and policies.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Abuse Prevention

Users agree not to raise false, fraudulent, or abusive payment disputes after accessing digital products, subscriptions, downloads, or services.

In case of disputes, Cadin360 may submit transaction records, login history, IP logs, device/session details, download activity, access timestamps, email records, and platform usage logs as evidence to payment gateways, banks, dispute-resolution partners, or legal authorities.

Fraudulent disputes, unauthorized refund claims, intentional download-and-refund behavior, or payment-system abuse may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, loss of access, download restrictions, and legal action where applicable.

8. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Use

Each account, subscription, license, download, or access right is intended only for the registered user or approved account holder.

Account sharing, credential sharing, public distribution, resale, unauthorized transfer, bulk downloading, scraping, automated downloading, reverse engineering, copying, republishing, or redistribution of Cadin360 content is strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

9. Technical Issues and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for having suitable devices, browsers, internet connection, CAD software, file-viewing tools, and technical knowledge required to use the purchased products or services.

Refunds shall not be provided for issues caused by user-side technical limitations, unsupported software, slow internet, device problems, lack of CAD software, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility with third-party applications, or failure to read product details before purchase.

Cadin360 may provide reasonable support, guidance, or replacement access where appropriate, but this does not guarantee a refund.

10. Service Changes and Platform Control

Cadin360 reserves the right to modify, update, improve, restrict, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any product, plan, subscription feature, download option, storage limit, pricing structure, dashboard feature, or platform functionality at any time.

Cadin360 also reserves the right to correct errors, update content, revise product bundles, change access rules, and apply security restrictions to protect its platform, users, intellectual property, and business operations.

Such changes do not automatically qualify any user for a refund.

11. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional pricing, coupons, discounts, limited-time offers, trials, and special plans may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Purchases made under promotional offers are also non-refundable unless Cadin360 expressly approves otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

The services and products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadin360, its owner, team members, developers, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, educational outcomes, certification expectations, software issues, third-party failures, payment gateway issues, hosting downtime, unauthorized access, user misuse, or any loss arising from the use or inability to use the services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from purchases, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, returns, access, downloads, or use of Cadin360 services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dwarka, New Delhi, India.
